3D sections offer a quick look into the interior of a future real estate object by cutting out the walls.
The images below have a very high resolution (5000 X 5000 pixels), in order to make them suitable for large format printing. They were used for display on the walls of a stand during a trade fair .
Click on the images below to see them in their full resolution. (filesize approx. 1 Mb / image)
3D panoramaic images
3D panoramic images enable the user to interact with the image, by dragging the mouse into the desired viewing-direction.
(This is possible in the thumbnail versions below as well!)
Several of the images below are combinations of 3D panoramic images with photographic panoramic images.
In these cases the photographic panoramas are being used to suggest an outdoor environment of a model and acts as a “view from” a 3D model.
3D virtual tour
A Virtual tour can be created by linking up several 3D panoramic images. The user can navigate from one image to another by clicking on special area’s in the images, called “hotspots”.
Click on the button at the right to download an example of a 3D virtual tour.
This is a zip file that needs to be unpacked into a directory of your own choice on your own harddisc.
After unpacking the file, you can play the virtual tour by double-clicking on the file called:

A 3D walk-trough is a kind of animation where a virtual camera moves through a real estate object, creating the illusion that you would be walking through that object holding a camera.
Below you can already see an example of a 3D walk-through, but in case your browser doesn't support the file type .WMV, you can click on the button below to download (and see) a larger version of the same animation.

Interactive manipulation of a 3D model in a webbrowser
If you would like to truly examine your model in 3D space using only a webbrowser (i.e. from any computer that has an internet connection), then this is the best option for you.
You don’t need expensive 3D modeling software to study your model interactively from the inside and/or outside anymore.
You just download the free browser plug-in called the Hypercosm Player and you can move around and walk-through your model (by dragging your mouse) in your Internet Explorer, Firefox of Netscape browser.
